My paintings reinterpret ancient sculptures, exploring the resilience, transformation and rites of passage that shape women’s lives.

The figures I portray evoke untold stories of identity, motherhood and constant change, infused with my reflections on womanhood and my own experience as a mother.

This work is informed by a rich multicultural background, drawing from my Italian ancestry, the weaving traditions of my Indigenous Williche roots in southern Chile, and my connection to Greece through my husband and son.

The paintings are composed through a restrained two toned palette that creates a sense of calm and introspection. Together they move between past and present, exploring origin, continuity and the complexity of the human experience.

This body of work is both a reverence for ancient craft and an ongoing inquiry into how art can elevate the spaces we inhabit, bringing beauty, colour and narrative into everyday life.

Prices go from US$450+ for original work.
